Based on its magnitude, scope and an innovative preliminary design by Derrick Mozingo of Mozingo & Wallace Architects LLC, the buzz is already “in the air” for this newest OCEANFRONT project..

Atlantic Wave Resort will be a multi-phase new construction opportunity, encompassing both sides of Ocean Boulevard and over 600 feet of Atlantic coastline between 1st and 2nd Avenues South in the heart of Myrtle Beach. The extraordinary project is being developed in collaboration with the City of Myrtle Beach which will allow for streetscape amenities and public parks. Once plans are approved they will be available to the public.

The firm of Mozingo & Wallace Architects, LLC who most recently designed both the Avista Resort in North Myrtle Beach and the new Phase II of Sandy Beach Resort (located immediately south of the Atlantic Wave), is renowned for cutting-edge design that is rapidly changing the “look” of Myrtle Beach.
